AUSTRALIA SHIPPING: FLAT $8.90 for Parcel Post and $14.45 for Express Post.

 What service does ARCHLED use to ship orders Australia wide?

- We ship all orders with Australia Post and you can choose the regular Parcel Post service or Express Post: this ensures a fast and reliable delivery to your door Australia wide. A tracking number is provided for you to check the progress of the delivery and Signature on delivery is included by default on all services.

 

- What is the cost of delivery? 

- We have a flat rate shipping price of $8.90 for Parcel Post and $14.45 for Express Post. Both services have tracking and signature on delivery.

- How quickly will my order be shipped?

- We aim to ship orders within a business day of receiving them.

- Are orders shipped with insurance?

- Yes, all shipments are fully insured for complete peace of mind.

- Do you ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers?

- Yes, Australia Post ships to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers (free) Australia wide.

- Can I pickup my order in person?

- Unfortunately we do not have the facilities to arrange for in-person pickups, but we'll make sure to dispatch your order within 1 business day of receiving it and at a competitive shipping rate. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

The buyer is responsible for any import duty, fees or other taxes upon arrival.

ARCHLED is unable to advise whether a customs duty, fee or tax will be collected upon arrival in the country of destination, as this varies greatly by country and depends on a range of factors. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure research has been done, prior to purchase, into what fees (if any) will be levied upon arrival. By ordering through the website, the buyer accepts the sole responsibility for any such payment. ARCHLED does not charge GST to any purchase which delivery address is outside of Australia. In the event a package is returned to ARCHLED, a refund will be provided for the cost of the items purchased - please note this does not include the shipping and insurance cost: if a package is returned to ARCHLED, no refund will be provided for the cost of freight and insurance as these expenses will have already been incurred.
