Refund policy

Returns:

If you change your mind and wish to return the item, we will gladly accept your return provided you comply with the following conditions:

• Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item
• You will pay the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please ensure the item is securely packed and shipped back with signature on delivery. We cannot be liable for damages during delivery or lost parcels so recommend you select insurance on your shipment.
• Returns can only be accepted if the following conditions are met: items are in new, re-saleable condition (by saleable condition we mean that the item hasn’t been opened or used, is still in its original packaging and all manuals, packaging and accessories are included) with all undamaged original packaging and it must include the shipping box the article came in. 
• Simply contact us and we will provide you the instructions needed for the return of your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase and you must be the original buyer.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through the Contact page on the website.

Sale items: 
Sale items will be refunded at the sale price they were bought at. For instance: a $100 item was on sale for $80 when it was purchased. Subsequently, when initiating a return, the item's price has gone back to $100 - the refund amount will be what was paid for, that is $80.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us through the Contact Us page on the website, and we will provide you instructions regarding where to send your item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping to you will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should always return an item using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returned parcels.
